Changes/Cancellations

You can return any unwanted product to us for a refund or exchange up to 14 days after receipt as per our Returns Policy. Unfortunately any items, which are found to have makeup or tanning stains on them, cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please ensure that the items you return are sent back with all swing tickets and labels attached along with the original packaging. All returns must be in a re-saleable condition.

If you wish to return your order, please send an email as soon as possible to info@thetaylorclothing.co.uk. Our hours are Monday–Friday, 9AM–5.00PM. We will try to accommodate your request, but once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified.

This website may contain typographical mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions, some of which may relate to pricing and availability, and product information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

Product images on our website are displayed as accurately as possible but colours may vary and we cannot guarantee your computer, phone or tablet will display colours accurately.

If we have emailed you regarding your order and have not had a response after 5 business days, we will treat the order as cancelled.
